PRE-ORDERS

Yes, we will refund our customers 100% of the Pre-Order deposit. We understand that circumstances can change, and you may cancel an order from your account before it is shipped. At Bottle Bath, we are about continuous improvement and would appreciate your feedback to help us improve.

We will email you for the balance of the payment prior to shipment. The outstanding balance would need to be cleared prior to shipment.

All transactions on Bottle Bath are made directly between the buyer using payment providers PayPal or Stripe.

 

Orders placed with a credit or debit card via the Bottle Bath store checkout can be raised directly with our Customer Service team. Forward your purchase confirmation email to [email protected] with details of the issue and we’ll take it from there. Orders paid with a PayPal account include Buyer Protection, a feature managed by PayPal. PayPal Buyer Protection should only be used as a final step if you cannot reach an amicable resolution with us.

Bottle Bath can support different voltages from 100 – 240V.

Bottle Bath is currently designed to fit four bottles and relevant accessories.

Bottle Bath is designed to fit most baby bottle brands in the market.

Yes, a liquid detergent is required to aid in the cleaning of the bottles.

For best results, we recommend using it with our food-grade liquid detergent made specially to work with Bottle Bath. Alternatively, Bottle Bath will also work with other major brands of baby bottle liquid detergent.

Note: Do not use foaming soap, hand soap, or hand dishwashing soap.

Bottle Bath can be cleaned by running an empty cycle, i.e. with no bottles or accessories loaded. We also encourage users to clean the filter mesh at least once a week.

SHIPPING POLICY

According to our timeline, we are expecting to commence shipping in July 2020.

We only ship to Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, and United States.

This will depend on the country of destination. We expect the shipment to take between two and six weeks.

We are aiming to fulfil all Kickstarter orders by July 2020 and all pre-orders will follow shortly after.

Upon receipt of goods, there might be additional import duties or other applicable taxes that you need to pay depending on the import policies of your respective country. These duties and tax rates vary from country to country. To learn more about the duties and taxes applicable to your shipment, please check with the customs and border protection authority within your country.

Our shipping partner will contact you (call or text) in the morning of the delivery day of your order to the shipping address you provided. If you are not at home; a collection slip will be left in your letterbox. With this collection slip and your photo ID you can collect the package at your convenience at the nearest post office.

If our shipping partner attempts to deliver to you and the package returns to us (either due to the wrong address was provided, or we were not updated of your new address), it will be your responsibility to pay the shipping fee to reship the same order.

You will receive a tracking number once the shipment has been made. This will allow you to monitor its journey to your home.

WARRANTY PERIOD

Bottle Bath comes with a 12-month product warranty. Your Bottle Bath will come attached with details of this warranty. Should we fail to fix or repair a manufacturing defect, we will replace it with a new Bottle Bath, no questions asked.

Please note that scratches, scuffs, dents, and other blemishes that occur due to normal wear and tear from usage will not be covered by the product warranty.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Any item that is still in the unopened, sealed and undamaged box can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please contact our customer service team for the return address, RMA number and shipping instructions. You are responsible for shipping the item back to us. After we receive the item back in good order, we will transfer the amount you paid for the product (excluding delivery costs) back to your account.

If you have received a faulty item, please contact us via email [email protected] by phone and our customer service team will promptly assist you with the next steps.

Please prepare the Bottle Bath device in its original packing and make sure it is well protected with bubble wrap or paper stuffing to avoid any damage during the shipping back to us. Check all contents and ensure that all manuals and accessories are returned with the device.
